My Pro Tips for an epic Chapel Dulcinea Wedding

  • Embrace the Golden Hour: Schedule your ceremony around sunset when possible for that golden hour light sweeping across the Hill Country backdrop.

  • Consider the Wind: Being an open-air venue, it can get breezy. If you bring any easels or tripods make sure they are secure so they don’t blow over.

  • Personal Touches: Add minimalistic floral arrangements or a simple arch to enhance the chapel's natural beauty without overwhelming the space.

  • Consider Capacity: The chapel claims it can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests but there isn’t enough seating for 100 people. I’d say there’s seating for more like 40 guests.

  • Accessibility: The hill walking up to the chapel, while beautiful and somewhat easy for an average person can be a little steep or long for anyone that his older or has disabilities. Just consider this with your guests and if anyone needs a walker or extra arm to hold on the way up and/or down.

  • Amenities: While the chapel itself is minimalistic, there are dressing rooms, restrooms, and a nearby event center for receptions.
