ABOUT A FIGHTING WOMAN Amy Peterson is a wife and mother of two who has been battling multiple sclerosis since she was a teen. She's currently in Moscow, Russia, on a quest to stop the progression of her disease and reverse some of the damage that's been done to her body. The stem cell transplantation, which is currently not available to Amy in the US, will give her immune system a makeover with no memory of ms. ABOUT A SELFLESS SERVANT I'm teaming up on this project with my friend Joy. I can't tell you about this project without also mentioning that Joy herself recently found out she has Colon Cancer. This amazing woman, wife, and mother, who is currently going through treatment herself, decided to re-direct her focus by serving someone else. I'm completely in awe of Joy's compassion and encouraged by her selflessness. The fact that I get to know and be friends with both of these women has been such a blessing and we can all learn from both of their journeys. I have been encouraged by their faith, positive attitudes, and the hope that they find through all of this in our creator.
